30-Day Warranty
Add the optional 30-Day Warranty for extra peace of mind. It extends coverage against manufacturing defects, such as a heating panel that stops warming, an unresponsive controller or failed seams, from the standard [X] days to 30 days from delivery. Send us your order number with a photo or short video and we will send a replacement. Covers manufacturing faults for the original buyer only, not accidents, misuse or normal wear.
How do I wash it?
Unplug the power bank and detach the controller, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang it to air dry so the fleece stays soft. Skip the tumble dryer and do not wring it out.

Why BurCozyGet yours
Chilly house, warm you.
Turn the dial and gentle heat spreads through the panels in about a minute. No more stacking blankets, arguing over the thermostat or tucking cold feet under the cushions. The hood comes up, your feet fold in, and the draftiest seat in the room suddenly becomes the one everybody wants.
It runs cordless from a pocket-sized power bank, so the warmth follows you from the couch to the kitchen to the desk, all winter long.
FAQs
Does it need to be plugged into the wall?
No. BurCozy runs cordless from a USB-C power bank that tucks into the pocket, so you can move around the house while it stays warm. You can add our matching power bank at checkout, or use your own [X]W or higher USB-C bank.
Because the battery is separate, it is easy to recharge or replace, and the robe never wears out with it.
What size should I order?
BurCozy comes in one generous size designed to fit most adults. It is a full-length hooded robe cut roomy enough to wear over your clothes, with space to tuck your feet in.
How long does the heat last?
Up to [X] hours on a full charge with our power bank on the highest setting, and longer on the lower settings. With your own power bank, run time depends on its capacity.
Is it safe to wear?
BurCozy runs on low-voltage USB power, the same kind that charges a phone, so there is no wall current in the robe. It includes overheat protection and an automatic shut-off timer. We do not recommend sleeping in it overnight.
Is it a good gift?
It is one size, so there is no guessing, and it suits nearly anyone who gets cold at home. It is the kind of gift people put on the moment they unwrap it.
How many heat settings are there?
[X] settings, from about [X]°F to [X]°F. It warms up in roughly a minute so you can quickly find your level.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Email us at [support@yourdomain.com] and we will reply within 24 hours. If your robe arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within [X] days of delivery (or 30 days with the warranty) with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within [X] business days. Delivery usually takes [X] to [X] business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
